Just downloaded it. I like that sort of thing. I discovered Zero 7 a few months ago. Man, I can't believe I missed them.

I always love traveling the Dan and Angelo journey for every Spot on the Hill album. It’s a unique pairing, yet a winning combination every time.

Giving this a listen now. Beautiful stuff, so far. I like Eno’s ambient stuff, have many of his early LP issues. Also Fripp’s Soundscapes. And Terry Riley. Not so much Philip Glass.

Your issues with trying to order a beer in China remind me of an old Dave Berg “The Lighter Side of” article in a Mad magazine about American guy in France ordering from the menu in the local language, and the waiter tells him that he’s just ordered an oven broiled tractor.

I don’t know anyone who “drinks” Laphroig. I let that stuff evaporate on my tongue and try to get past the iodine finish. One bottle was enough for me.

Great track by track review!

100% on the Laphroig strategy. Man I love that stuff. And I love it even more because everyone I get to try it hates it… I gotta check out that Fripp record. I’ve been re-obsessed with Discipline lately. It would be one of my desert island records…

I'm not thrilled about being called Danny, but I do love the periodic treks through your warped and wonderful mind as you react to my music. Keep riding and writing, my friend.
